Eligibility

By using this website, booking a service, or purchasing an offering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Services for minors may require written consent from a parent or legal guardian and may be refused or modified at the discretion of BeyondBeing.

Scope of Services

BeyondBeing provides wellness, educational, coaching, movement, and complementary services.

Services are not medical treatment, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or emergency care.

BeyondBeing does not prescribe medication, diagnose medical conditions, treat disease, provide mental health diagnosis, or replace care from physicians, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, physical therapists, or other qualified healthcare professionals.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in bodywork, movement, stretching, breathwork, wellness coaching, Spinal Flow Technique®, Myofascial Release, Bowen Technique, Access Bars®, and related services involves inherent risks, including temporary soreness, fatigue, emotional release, dizziness, changes in symptoms, or discomfort. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.

Client Responsibility

By booking or participating in a BeyondBeing service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your health history, symptoms, injuries, surgeries, medications, pregnancy status, medical conditions, emotional wellbeing, and any other information that may affect your ability to safely participate.

You are responsible for consulting your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness, movement, breathwork, coaching, bodywork, or complementary therapy service, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, chronic illness, heart condition, neurological condition, mental health concern, or are currently under medical care.

You are responsible for listening to your body and communicating any pain, discomfort, concern, emotional distress, dizziness, shortness of breath, or change in condition before, during, or after a session.

Participation in any BeyondBeing service is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Emotional Processing
Some clients experience emotional release, resurfacing memories, temporary shifts in mood, fatigue, or heightened awareness following sessions. These experiences vary and are not predictable. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health support whenever needed.

Emotional Responses During Sessions

Some individuals may experience emotional responses, memories, shifts in mood, fatigue, temporary soreness, changes in body awareness, or other physical or emotional sensations during or after bodywork, coaching, movement, or complementary wellness sessions. These responses vary from person to person and are considered a normal possibility during wellness-based care. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly during sessions and seek appropriate medical or mental health support whenever needed.

Intake Forms and Informed Consent

Before receiving certain services, you may be required to complete intake forms, health history forms, consent forms, waivers, or other client documents.

You agree to complete all required forms honestly and fully.

BeyondBeing may refuse, pause, modify, or discontinue services if required forms are not completed, if information is incomplete, or if Lisa Sayegh determines that a service may not be appropriate or safe.

A professional relationship begins only after appropriate intake forms have been completed, informed consent has been obtained, and services have been formally established.

Right to Refuse or Modify Services

BeyondBeing reserves the right to refuse, pause, modify, discontinue, or reschedule any service if Lisa Sayegh believes the service is not appropriate, safe, ethical, or within the scope of practice.

BeyondBeing may recommend that you seek medical clearance or care from a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or continuing services.

BeyondBeing may terminate the professional relationship at any time when continued services are no longer appropriate, safe, or within scope, and may provide referrals to other qualified professionals when appropriate.

No Promise of Results

Healing is highly individual. Outcomes depend upon many factors outside the control of BeyondBeing, including lifestyle, medical history, consistency of care, participation, and other health conditions.

Discovery Calls

Complimentary Discovery Calls are informational only and do not establish a professional relationship or constitute healthcare, coaching, or treatment.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments, sessions, consultations, classes, workshops, and programs may be booked through the website, email, an online booking platform, or another approved method.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from BeyondBeing or its booking system.

You are responsible for reviewing the date, time, location, service details, price, cancellation terms, preparation instructions, and any other information provided before your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee may apply.

If a payment fails, is declined, is disputed, or is not received, BeyondBeing may cancel, suspend, or withhold services until payment is completed.

BeyondBeing reserves the right to change prices, service descriptions, packages, programs, and availability at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings that have already been paid for unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24hr notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than [insert cancellation window] notice may be charged in full or may result in forfeiture of the session, package credit, or deposit.

Missed appointments and no shows may be charged in full.

If you need to reschedule, please contact BeyondBeing as soon as possible.

If BeyondBeing needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, reasonable effort will be made to provide notice and offer a new appointment time.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, completed sessions, missed appointments, late cancellations, digital products, downloadable materials, classes, workshops, events, and educational programs are not refundable.

Deposits may be non refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

If a refund is approved, it may be returned to the original payment method or provided as a credit, depending on the circumstances and the payment platform used.

If you are unsure about a purchase, booking, package, class, workshop, or program, please contact BeyondBeing before completing payment.

Package Refund Policy: Unused sessions may be refunded. If a package is partially used, completed sessions will be charged at the regular individual session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, participating in a discovery call, or communicating with BeyondBeing does not establish a provider-patient relationship or any ongoing professional relationship until appropriate intake procedures have been completed and services have been formally accepted.

Packages and Programs

Packages, multi session services, coaching containers, classes, workshops, events, or educational programs must be used within the time period stated at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions may expire after the stated period.

BeyondBeing does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, improvement, relief, healing, transformation, or change from participation in any package, program, session, or service.

If a package is discontinued by the client before completion, unused sessions may be forfeited or refunded according to the package agreement.
